Types of Sand

Concrete sand Particle size: less than 3/8 “and meets for Portland Cement Concrete. Primary uses: ready mix concrete, concrete products, backfill and pipe bedding

Mason sand Particle size: less than 1/4” and meets for mortar and grout. Primary uses: mortar mix, golf course construction, beach sand, volleyball courts, paver patios, and leveling under vinyl swimming pool liners.

Manufactured Limestone Sand Crushed limestone with sand like properties made for applications where larger sized crushed limestone will not work.
